The Tesino plateau is located in a central position between the Adige valley, Veneto and Friuli/Venezia Giulia. From the provincial capital Trento you can reach us by train and bus.
The villages of Castello Tesino and Pieve Tesino can also be reached on foot thanks to the new cycle/pedestrian path and offer all the basic services such as bars/tobacconists and restaurants, supermarkets and butchers, pharmacies and so on. On Wednesday mornings there is a weekly market in Castello, on Saturday mornings in Pieve.

Less than 3km. The Adventure Park can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes (approx. 1km).
Worth a visit in the town is the Moleta Museum. For those seeking a spiritual vacation, Tenryuzanji Temple is a 20-minute walk through the woods.
Less than 1km. Worth visiting are the fifteenth-century church of Sant'Ippolito with its precious cycle of frescoes, the Roman bridge, the Rhaetian excavations and the Museum of Wood and Modern Art of wooden sculpture; the Permanent Centre of Alpine Flora and Fauna; in summer the Bio-pool, the Cascatella Park, the caves.
Less than 1km. Since 2021 it has been part of the association "The most beautiful villages in Italy". Worth visiting are the Alcide De Gasperi House Museum and the Tesino Museum of Prints and Ambulantato. In summer the Tesino Arboretum and the Garden of Europe. For golf lovers the Club La Farfalla with 9 holes.

8km away. The plateau is marked by the wooden sculpture “Il Grifone” by the artist Marco Martalar, erected following the devastating hurricane Vaia in 2018. Various paths with panoramic views of the Belluno Dolomites start from here. Various restaurants. Visit also the Celado Astronomical Observatory.
Less than 15km. A tourist destination both in summer and winter for the numerous paths and the presence of the Funivie Lagorai ski lift. Winter walks and snowshoe excursions, the valley is also perfect for ski mountaineering. In summer on clear days, from the top of Monte Agaro you can see the Venice lagoon in the distance.
Our Relais Tesino is a Start Point for the Cammino Retico, a 191km circular itinerary, to be completed in 7/8 days. The route winds mainly on dirt roads and mountain paths. For those arriving by public transport, you can reach us by bus that leaves from Trento. For those arriving by car, you can leave your car in our garage.

The lakes of Levico and Caldonazzo
50km. The most famous monument in Trento is the Buonconsiglio Castle, where you can admire cycles of late medieval frescoes. In the medieval center is the underground city. Don't miss the MUSE, the futuristic Science Museum.
Less than 40km. Lake Caldonazzo is a true natural gym, ideal for practicing various sports such as sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, rowing and scuba diving, it is also the only lake in the region where you can practice water skiing.
30km. Since over thirty years it has been the place where art, music, dance and other expressions of human creativity merge, giving life to a unique dialogue between human ingenuity and the natural world. Over the years, more than 300 artists have participated in the creation of the park.

The lagoon city is 140km away along the new Pedemontana Highway arriving in less than 2 hours. The other option is to leave the car at the Bassano del Grappa station and reach Venice by train.
50km away. Bassano del Grappa is a medieval town surrounded by walls. The most famous attraction is the Alpini bridge by Andrea Palladio. Also worth seeing is the Civic Museum. The city is famous for its ceramic production.
The Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park is only 30km from the Relais. San Martino di Castrozza is 50km away.
A day trip (approx. 350km) takes you to Cortina d'Ampezzo, San Candido, the Tre Cime and Cadore.
